Be Still
Morning Focus:: In the space we create, we choose dependence instead of self-sufficiency

Evening Focus: In trust, we choose patience instead of hurry

Look Within
Morning Focus: In the silence, allow God to search our hearts and minds that the Holy Spirit may renew us
Morning Reflection Question: If I became quiet enough to hear the thoughts that most often fill my mind, what would they reveal about where I place my trust? Invite the Holy Spirit to search your heart. Is there a belief, fear, wound, pride, or habit that God is gently bringing into the light today?

Walk Forward
Morning Focus: Our communion with Him brings peace to respond to His invitation.

Morning Passages: Psalm 62:1-8; Colossians 3:15-17
Evening Focus: Our need and dependence remains the same as Monday in order that we may go and walk in obedience
Evening Reflection Question: Like Isaiah, I have encountered the holiness and grace of God. Like James reminds us, hearing must become doing. As I leave this fast, what will I continue to practice so that this week becomes the beginning of a deeper life with Christ rather than simply a meaningful experience?
Evening Specific Passages: Isaiah 6:1-8; James 1:22-25
